Welcome to Quesnel Fall Fair Fair Vendor Registration

Our vendor fee this year is $30.00 per day or $50.00 for the weekend, power is not available. Registration forms and payment must be received by August 29th, 2026. 

Vendors will be inside except food vendors who will be outside; power is not available. You will need to bring your own power source.

Set up is on Friday September 4th after 4pm or on Saturday September 5th 2026 before 9am.  Spots will be assigned. We ask you to bring anything you may need such as tables, chairs and tents. 

We ask that you stay all day both days (10am – 4pm Saturday and 10am- 3pm Sunday) rain or shine unless you make prior arrangements with the Vendor coordinator. 

Camping will be available for an additional charge of $25.00 per night with power and $20.00 without power.
