Welcome to Quesnel Fall Fair Fair Vendor Registration

Our vendor fee this year is $30.00 per day or $50.00 for the weekend, power is not available. Registration forms and payment must be received by August 22nd, 2025. 

Vendors will be inside except food vendors will be outside; power is not available. You will need to bring your own power source.

Set up is on Friday August 29th 2025 after 4pm or on Saturday August 30th 2025 before9am. It will be a First come first serve for set up. We ask you to bring anything you may need such as tables, chairs and tents. 

We ask that you stay all day both days (9am – 4pm) rain or shine unless you make prior arrangements with the Vendor coordinator. 

Camping will be available for an additional charge of $25.00 per night with power and $20.00 without power.
