Welcome to Quesnel Fall Fair Fair Vendor Registration

There is a $25 charge to ensure your space for the weekend. Registration forms and payment must be received by September 1 2024 

Set up is on Friday September 13 2024  after 4pm or on Saturday September 14 2024  before 9am. It will First come first serve for set up. We ask you to bring anything you may need such as tables, chairs and tents. 

We ask you to stay all day both days ( 9am – 4pm ) rain or shine unless you make prior arrangements with Vendor coordinator. 

Power is VERY LIMITED so only food vendors will be allowed electrical hook ups.

This is an outdoor event so please prepare for inclement weather.
